Mardi Gras

Today was overall a pretty nice day.

I actually got to school at a decent time, so I had time to study for the Spanish vocab quiz and therefore got over 100% (hopefully it makes up for my homework grade- Spanish is EASY, but I hate the busywork).

IPC (interpersonal communicatons) we watched a video about Nonverbals. I'm pretty sure half of its BS, but its better than more speeches.

Child Development, we watched a cheesy video from the 80's about pregnancy.

Geo/ Trig? We started Trig. The best part? We were learning about the Unit Circle, and used York patties as the circle for the demonstraton. Yum!

Lunch was actually interesting, for once. I sat with a dfferent group of people, who are less of doormats.

PE was volleyball, and my team actually played decently (there is a reason I don't play sports).

Orchestra: my cello was insanely out of tune, and had a broken A string. So I spent over half an hour tuning, and only had to play for 15ish mnutes. I love cello, but our music...ugh.

CAD was CAD: always amazing.

I had Steel Drums, which was average. And no homework. I also started to read through the mountain of emails/letters from colleges (It's literally a mountian: I have over 80 emails to look through).

I don't know why I wrote so much. Maybe because it was actually a decent day, and I don't want this blog to be all negatives.

FYI- this was posted on Tuesday, despite the date saying Wednesday.
